We are now expanding our team with a social services administrator for the Children and Youth Department within Social Services' Individual and Family Care unit. As a social services administrator, you'll have a varied role working with administration, coordination, and practical support within the social services operations. Your tasks are diverse and include registration of incoming documents, decisions and documentation in operational systems, handling of applications and reports, and processing of requests for disclosure of public records. You administer, scan, compile, and manage documents, including confidential material, and maintain contact with authorities and other external parties. The role also includes retrieving information from operational systems and archives as well as providing administrative support in client work. We're Looking For You with at least upper secondary education who is thorough, organized, and responsible and enjoys a varied workday. As a social services administrator, you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, which requires you to be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are service-oriented, have a professional approach, and enjoy many contact points and supporting colleagues and operations. Since the work involves handling sensitive matters, it's important that you have good judgment and understanding of confidentiality and legal compliance. The work also includes documentation, which requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably an understanding of terminology used in social work. It's a merit if you have experience with Pulsen Combine, social services operations, or similar administrative tasks. The operation is organized in several sections: a reception group, an investigation group, a group responsible for follow-up of placements, and a group working with family law and foster care.
