Adult Psychiatry VO (Business Area) in Kristianstad offers specialized psychiatric care in northeastern and southeastern Scania. Despite our geographic spread, the operations are characterized by close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and strong commitment to our patients. As management support, you work closely with unit managers in 24-hour care and provide important support in the organization's administrative processes. Currently, the role includes support for three units: Psychiatric Emergency Department/Ward 1, Ward 4 which is a general psychiatric care ward, and Ward 3 with user-controlled admissions (BI). Together we work to create a safe, secure, and professional care environment for both patients and staff. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As management support, you are an important part of the organization and contribute to creating good conditions for our managers to lead, develop, and drive operations forward. Your role is broad and varied with a focus on administrative tasks in HR and personnel administration. Your work tasks include, among other things: • administration of hiring and terminations • absence management and rehabilitation administration • scheduling, working hours, and flex balance management • payroll administration tasks • administration in Skånekatalogen • invoice and accounting administration • ordering of authorizations and passwords • support in personnel-related matters and processes • administrative support in the organization's daily operations. You work in close collaboration with the organization's managers and cooperate with HR partners, Region Skåne's Joint Service Function (GSF), and the administration's HR administrators. Within the business area, there are several management support staff who together contribute expertise, experience sharing, and support to each other. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in personnel administration, HR, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience with administrative work, good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, and are accustomed to working in Microsoft 365 and the Office package. It is a merit if you have further education in HR and experience working with employment law issues, laws, and collective agreements. We also view positively knowledge of scheduling models and working time agreements within healthcare. If you have previously worked with administrative support in healthcare, experience from a similar role, or knowledge of the systems used within Region Skåne, that is an advantage.
