At the Gynecology Clinic, planned outpatient care is provided, and at the Acute Gynecology Department, patients with acute gynecological conditions or pregnant women up to week 22 with acute pregnancy-related conditions are treated. Then you have good prerequisites to thrive with us. In your role as management support, you work in close collaboration with the unit manager at the Gynecology Clinic/Acute Gynecology Department regarding personnel administration tasks. You work primarily with schedule management and staffing issues. Furthermore, you work in the personnel system HR-fönster with reporting and quality control of data as well as some follow-up. Other administrative tasks to support the managers include, for example, ordering and approving invoices in Raindance, fire safety responsibility, competency portal, and information reporting. Your work tasks also include assisting with recruitment work and new hires, where you prepare job postings, employment materials, and create basic schedules in HR-fönster. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you who have post-secondary education in administration or within healthcare combined with previous work experience from the administrative field. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing as well as good knowledge of the Office suite. We would like to see that you have experience with personnel administration work. If you have knowledge of scheduling in HR-fönster and staffing management, that is also an advantage. Similarly, if you have experience working in the systems Raindance and Ritz.
