About the Position As an Administrator at Swedbank, you will be offered a varied role in a positive and developmental work environment alongside engaged and helpful colleagues. Some assignments focus on customers with low to medium risk, while others handle customers with high risk. Work tasks may vary depending on the assignment but primarily consist of administrative duties. In your role as Administrator, some customer contact may also be included. You work toward daily goals, which means you thrive in an environment where follow-up, statistics, and goal-setting are a natural part of your everyday routine. Previous experience with similar work is meriting but not required, as you will receive introductory training at the start of your employment. Working hours are fundamentally 08:30–17:00, but may vary within regular office hours. About You We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and driven to develop. You are a quick learner, flexible, and efficient in your work approach. As a person, you are social, communicative, and have good computer skills. Thoroughness and responsibility are important qualities, as the position requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently. Previous experience with administrative tasks, analytical work, or finance-related roles is meriting but not required. We would like you to thrive in a flexible work environment where personal responsibility and structure go hand in hand. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Employment The position as Administrator within KYC at Swedbank is a consulting assignment with a preliminary start date of September 14 and a full-time position (100%). The assignment will run for six months but with good opportunities for extension. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Sweden. Of course, we have a collective agreement in place.
