DUTIES Administrative support to case officers in the environmental unit at Eksjö Municipality. Handling and distribution of incoming cases, case registration, management of mailings and more. Answer phone calls and emails to provide guidance to the right case officer, guidance on case type or release of documents, etc. Depending on competence, experience and qualifications, certain financial management and preparation of various cases may be relevant. QUALIFICATIONS Experience with handling various technical systems Ability to familiarize yourself with different technical systems and workflows and follow established procedures.
