Administrative Nurse in Psychiatry at Psykea Stockholm

Would you like to combine administration, client contact, and development work in a modern psychiatric facility? Psykea is looking for an engaged and organized administrator with a nursing background who wants to help create high quality, excellent service, and efficient care processes. You will be a key person working closely with management in collaboration with psychologists and psychiatrists. About the Position The role is broad, varied, and developmental. You are responsible for ensuring that the administrative daily operations run smoothly while providing important support to both clients and treatment providers. The responsibility is primarily administrative but also includes nursing tasks within a psychiatric facility. We offer training in administrative work. Work is primarily carried out from our clinic in central Stockholm and remotely, and may also include travel to our clinic in Gothenburg. Position available from 50 to 80 percent with the possibility to expand. Examples of Responsibilities Client administration Calendar and booking management Customer and client contact via client portal, phone, and email Participate in triage and initial assessment of incoming cases Work in the patient record system Payment handling Statistics, reporting, and follow-up Participate in development work with the facility's systems, processes, and digital environment Support and coordination in daily operations Regular nursing duties within private psychiatry We Are Looking for You If You thrive in a role with many contact points and can switch between different tasks without losing structure or quality. You are professional in your interactions, collaborate easily, and are self-directed. Qualifications We see that you have: Nursing license Experience working in private psychiatry Experience with triage or clinical assessment of clients Experience with payment handling in patient record systems Strong digital skills Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
