About the Client Company
We are seeking consultants in quality, customer management, and technology for an assignment with a major client in Ludvika.

Your Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will have varying assignments depending on the company's needs. The assignments are often of an operational nature where you work closely with different departments and play an important role in the daily workflow.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where quality, structure, and customer contact are central. In this role, you will work with warranty cases and customer inquiries from global customers, while also contributing to developing and improving internal processes.
You will, among other things:
Handle warranty cases, customer complaints, and other customer-related inquiries.
Coordinate activities to investigate and resolve warranty and quality cases.
Work with order management, delivery planning, and order follow-up.
Create and update documentation in ERP systems related to, among other things, spare parts.
Collaborate with different parts of the organization to ensure efficient working methods and high service levels.
Contribute to the development and improvement of existing processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. You communicate well and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and customers. Since the role involves several parallel cases, you need to be able to prioritize, take responsibility, and drive your work forward independently.
We appreciate it if you have experience in administration, order management, quality, deliveries, or customer support. You also need to communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Above all, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys problem-solving and wants to contribute to both the team's and the business's development.
It is advantageous if you have:
Knowledge of quality tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 8D
Previous experience working with business or quality systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
