Your Assignment As an administrative officer, you will be part of an operational unit within the Signals Intelligence Department. The department's task is to provide our clients with intelligence about the world around us. Our signals intelligence is directed towards foreign conditions and can provide unique knowledge about matters that affect Sweden's foreign and defense policy. In your role as an administrative officer, you will serve as a support function for the department's managers and analysts. You will work in a hub role where you have regular contact with operations. You will be centrally positioned with great insight into the various information and report flows of the production areas. We are seeking someone who wants to ensure that administration and coordination of documents take place in an efficient and lawful manner. We also see that you can handle confidentiality and the limitations it entails. You will also be involved in the handling and preparation of cases to support the department's intelligence processes, as well as provide support to other parts of the unit with, for example, distribution of reports. Business travel may occur. Your duties will include: Participate in the handling and coordination of incoming documents and cases to support the department's intelligence processes, including assessment and prioritization of incoming information. Prepare and follow up on decisions. Participate in monitoring and evaluation of operations, for example through the compilation of statistical data. Participate in the development of training materials in collaboration with colleagues. You Can We are seeking someone who has: University education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Recent continuous experience in administrative work and case handling. Previous experience with databases, report and case management systems. Good knowledge of the Office suite. Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as well as very good reading comprehension. We consider it meritorious if you have: Education in intelligence services, related to NATO, archival services, or information management. Experience from work at a state agency, preferably at a defense intelligence agency. Knowledge and experience of FRA's operations. Experience from work within intelligence services at FRA's clients. Experience with databases and/or archival services, preferably where classified documents have been handled. Experience with NATO's intelligence and/or operational activities. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification.
