At the Swedish Migration Agency, we work on one of our time's major societal issues – migration. We are approximately 6,000 people here, and we have an unusually important job! Do you want to work at the center of events and contribute to socially important activities? Region South at the Swedish Migration Agency is seeking two administrative experts for the Citizenship Review Section and the Work Permit Review Section in Norrköping. This is the role for you if you want to work at the intersection of strategy, development, and analysis. You will become the hub that holds the section's operations together and will, among other things, work in the national operational management forum. Approximately 15% of your time will be spent working within the region's office, which serves as the entry point for both internal and external parties. What does an administrative expert do? As an administrative expert, you have a central role in the operations. You hold together processes, analyze, create and compile materials, and contribute to driving the work forward. The role involves close collaboration with management, colleagues, and external stakeholders, where you serve as qualified support on both strategic and operational matters. We are looking for someone who is initiative-taking and who actively contributes to driving the work forward, both independently and in collaboration with others. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role where you build trusting relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture and take the larger perspective into account, which enables you to understand complex issues and see how different parts connect. You work structurally and prioritize your work efficiently, which allows you to handle multiple parallel tasks while ensuring quality in your deliverables. Your problem-solving and analytical skills enable you to quickly grasp new issues, draw well-founded conclusions, and develop thoroughly prepared materials that support both operational and strategic decisions. In our work as civil servants, high demands are also placed on judgment and strong security and confidentiality awareness.
