Lights Over Lapland is now seeking an administrative assistant to help us administratively during the autumn & winter season to deliver our company's products to our guests from around the world. We are an international tourism company based in Abisko that primarily works with northern lights photography, but also offers several other tourist activities. We have an office in Örnsköldsvik, so you will work remotely. Work can take place on-site at the office in Örnsköldsvik, or from home. This will be decided together during the hiring process. Travel to/from Abisko may occur as part of the position. The work will involve administrative services such as handling phone calls, email, scheduling, problem-solving, maintaining daily operations, and various other administrative tasks. The employment runs from September 2026 to the end of March 2027. Working hours are mostly weekends and evenings. We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, cheerful, positive, and forward-thinking person who can handle the English language in both speech and writing without difficulty. Must be able to work evenings and weekends and have a strong interest in customer service. Salary according to HRF collective agreement.
