Documentation, administration, and internal and external collaboration
As an administrative assistant within the Payment & Reimbursement operational area, you provide administrative support to managers and management groups and help ensure that managers' daily work runs smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with the business, and in your work you take your own initiative for improvements.
In this position you handle meeting documentation, personnel administration, authorizations, and procurement. You coordinate and follow up activities within operational planning, conferences and more. The position also involves work with filing and you assist managers with, among other things, invoice coding and statistics monitoring. You collaborate with and serve as a contact person for other operations both internally and externally.
As an employee at Försäkringskassan, you have a high level of security awareness as the agency comes into contact with classified information.

have experience with filing and e-commerce systems
have experience applying internal guidelines and regulations
have knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Other information
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation may be applicable. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a passed security clearance is required according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
