About the Job Are you interested in customer dialogue, customer communication, coordination, administration, and service? We need to strengthen our talented team at the reception desk at one of our customer's test facilities just outside Arjeplog. This position is a full-time seasonal employment (October 5 - March 31). The Role Your responsibilities will include: - Managing bookings for office spaces, transportation, accommodation, etc. - Assisting customer personnel during their time at the test facility - Ensuring customer personnel have continuously updated information - Basic IT support for the customer's various IT systems We Are Looking For - Someone who is customer-oriented and stress-resilient - Someone who is self-motivated, responsible, engaged, and a team player - Someone who is very meticulous and has a humble, unpretentious attitude - Someone with computer skills and experience working with the Office suite Very good English language skills are required (both spoken and written). German fluency is a major plus, as our client uses German as their company language. Swedish is also an advantage, but not required. A valid B-category driver's license is required as the facility is not accessible by public transportation. If you don't have accommodation in Arjeplog, Icemakers can help you arrange it.
