As an adjutant, you become the hub of the commander's daily work. Your mission is clear: with military precision, ensure that logistics, administration and service around the leadership function flawlessly in operations both nationally and internationally.

Your main responsibilities:
Master of Calendar: You own the commander's schedule. You plan, book and optimize meetings and ensure that deadlines are met precisely. You will book meetings across different time zones. You handle daily email and telephone contact, often with international contacts.
Logistics expertise: You plan and coordinate travel, transport and accommodation - often at short notice and with high demands for flexibility.
First impression: You receive VIP guest invitations, prepare meeting rooms and handle daily practical service around the leadership. You adapt your communication style depending on whether the recipient, for example, prefers direct messages or a more relationship-focused approach.
Front line at ceremonies: You assist at formal events, official visits and representation by maintaining practical protocol order on site.

Military rank: You are a corporal (OR4) or senior corporal (OR5)
Requirements: Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Category B driving license (manual transmission).
Super organizer: You have complete control of digital planning tools and love when a plan falls into place.
Personality: You are extremely punctual, discreet and have high personal integrity. You remain calm and solution-oriented even when plans change at the last minute. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
