Adecco is now recruiting process operators for our client Sysmex Astrego in Uppsala. We currently have two exciting opportunities available: a temporary position with immediate start through year-end, and a long-term role with potential for direct employment with the client. About the assignment Adecco's client Sysmex Astrego is an innovative medical technology company working to combat the global challenge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The company develops products that help doctors choose effective antibiotic treatments, thereby improving patient care worldwide. As a process operator, you will be part of the company's Panel team and play a key role in daily production. You will work with both manual and semi-automated production tasks where quality, precision, and adherence to instructions are critical to ensuring products meet the highest standards. Your main responsibilities will include: • Performing production tasks and quality control checks • Working at multiple production stations through rotation and training • Monitoring machines and handling manual material replenishment • Conducting careful inspection and image review of products • Documenting work according to applicable instructions and procedures Employment type Employment is through Adecco. We are currently seeking candidates for two different process operator roles at Sysmex Astrego. One role is a temporary position with immediate start lasting through year-end, with possibility for extension. The other role is a long-term recruitment solution with good opportunities for takeover and continued employment with the client. Both positions are full-time with work scheduled in two shifts, Monday through Friday. Working hours are: Morning shift Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:30 Friday: 06:00-12:30 Afternoon shift Monday-Thursday: 14:15-22:45 Friday: 11:30-18:00 About you We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and experience working in production or manufacturing industry. You are detail-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where quality is paramount. You work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Upper secondary education • Basic knowledge of MS Office • Strong Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken • Experience working in production It is an advantage if you have: • Experience working according to GMP or ISO 13485 • Experience in medical technology operations Since the work involves manual tasks, we also see that you have good physical capacity for light lifting and repetitive work tasks. You have good vision for careful product inspection and are not hypersensitive to antibiotics.
