We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, people, and development, and who wants to take full responsibility for daily operations and further develop our training activities in Ljungskile.
At Acrius Ljungskile, we bring training and rehabilitation under one roof, with a training center, group fitness, HYROX, PT, MILON, and rehabilitation through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and naprapathy.
As Facilities Manager for Training & Health, you will play a key role in developing the training operations together with the unit manager in Ljungskile and our training managers in Uddevalla and Trollhättan.
You will combine leadership, training, sales, and business development and will, among other things:
- be responsible for and develop training operations in Ljungskile
- work with member development and sales
- work as a personal trainer and further develop PT operations
- lead group fitness classes and other activities
- develop HYROX, MILON, and other training concepts
- plan schedules and recruit and onboard instructors
- create activities that strengthen community and member loyalty
- develop local partnerships and business relationships
- monitor key metrics, goals, and budget
- collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapist, and naprapath for a cohesive journey from rehab to training
Who are we looking for?

- are a certified PT, trainer, or have equivalent background
- have experience with group fitness
- have a strong interest in fitness and health
- are self-driven, proactive, and take responsibility
- have an interest in sales and relationship building
- are a team player who collaborates well with colleagues and therapists
- have ambition to develop in a leadership role
Personality, engagement, and drive are at least as important as formal experience.
This is not a finished role – you will help shape it.
Scope: Full-time, we offer a trial employment period.
Working hours: Daytime and evening shifts. Weekends may occur.
