As an HR Partner, you will work alongside the HR Manager and Payroll Administrator to support Achima's managers and employees both operatively through administration and follow-ups, as well as being an important part of Achima's strategic HR work. By building strong relationships and trust with managers and employees, you actively contribute to the development of our internal HR processes. Your approach is consultative and solution-oriented, and you will maintain close contact both internally within the organization and with external parties. Your main responsibilities include:
Support managers in recruitment processes and salary setting
Administer job postings via Teamtailor and ensure good optimization of these on social media to attract the right talent
Administer employment contracts and on- and offboarding in the personnel system Kontek HRM
Participate in the development and implementation of strategic HR processes
Support managers in employment law matters and rehabilitation processes
Contribute to the development of governance documents related to HR

About You
We see that you have an academic degree in HR or work experience that we consider equivalent. We believe you have a few years of work experience in HR and supporting management. You have experience with both operational and strategic HR work and feel confident in your knowledge of laws, agreements, and other regulations within HR. You are also interested in actively participating in and contributing to building Achima's employer brand.
