Accounts Payable Assistant Together with Mycronic, Newr is now seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant for Mycronic's Finance department in Täby. In this role, you will be part of a cohesive team of three people, where collaboration, continuous improvement, and high quality are at the heart of daily work. About the Role As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and high-quality accounts payable processes, while contributing to the continued development of working methods and procedures. You will work closely with colleagues in Finance, Sourcing, and Warehouse, and have ongoing contact with suppliers around the world. Your responsibilities will include: Processing incoming supplier invoices in Medius. Coding and distribution of expense invoices. Three-way matching of goods invoices, including investigation of discrepancies in collaboration with the Sourcing and Warehouse departments. Communication with suppliers regarding unpaid invoices, account statements, and other matters related to accounts payable. Management of supplier payments. System administration in Medius. Contributing to continuous improvements in the Accounts Payable process. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes responsibility for their work, and has a genuine interest in developing efficient financial processes. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least five years of experience working in accounts payable. Experience with Medius or other electronic invoice workflow and approval systems. Strong experience with three-way matching. Experience from an international organization. Ability to collaborate with different functions within the organization. Strong knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience with M3 and/or Medius.
