Freja is listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm About the role As Accounting Manager, you will be an important part of Freja eID's finance department, which consists of the CFO, Group Controller, and Accounting Manager. You are responsible for ongoing accounting and work closely with your colleagues in daily financial work. The role offers great freedom with responsibility and suits you if you thrive with broad responsibility within accounting. The group follows IFRS and presents four quarterly reports and one group annual report annually. You will work with, among other things: Accounts payable Customer invoicing Ongoing bookkeeping Account reconciliations Accruals and depreciation Monthly closing Administration related to customer contracts Support in other finance administrative tasks You will be part of a small and committed finance team where collaboration, humility, and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life. Qualifications We are looking for you who have several years of experience with qualified accounting work and feel confident in daily financial work. You are used to working independently and appreciate a role where you get to take responsibility for the entire accounting flow. We believe you have: Post-secondary education in economics or accounting Experience with ongoing accounting and monthly closing accounts Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations Very good system proficiency Experience with the business system Xledger (required) Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who are you?
