Team SMB is a dedicated inside sales organization within NTM Media that is passionate about developing and supporting small and medium-sized businesses throughout Sweden. Your Role As a salesperson with us, you will: Build and maintain customer relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. Work proactively with sales, from prospecting to closing. Identify customer needs and offer solutions that match their operations. Collaborate in an engaged team with high tempo and strong focus on results. In your portfolio within NTM Media, you will have a large number of newspaper titles both digital and print from Småland to Norrbotten. We can also offer our customers outdoor screens, radio, advertising agency services, and more. NTM Media is a local news giant and reaches 1.4 million local readers every day with a reach of 70-100% in our local service areas. As a salesperson, you will collaborate internally with multiple functions within the company as well as with NTM Media's other sales teams to create the best possible content, structures, and processes. You are offered thorough training in both sales and NTM Media's products so that you feel at home in your new role. In Team SMB, you will be part of a wonderful group of six colleagues working out of the Vimmerby Tidning office, where the work environment is in focus and your colleagues play an important role. To succeed in your role, it is important that you have your own drive, are reliable, unpretentious, structured, and have good organization. You also find it easy to make connections with people and instead of seeing obstacles, you see opportunities and dare to try new things. Your background can look different. You may have several years in sales, or you may have done something completely different. The decisive qualities we are looking for are that you share our values about sales and customer benefit.
