Together with Killgerm Scandinavia, we are now seeking an Account Manager with a focus on establishing new customer partnerships, developing and renewing collaborations with existing customers, and supporting the company's continued growth in the Nordic market. This is a new and important role for the company with the goal of creating confidence and technical expertise among customers in a complex and changing industry. Our customers are pest control companies in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark, where the greatest growth potential exists in sales outside of Sweden. About the Role As an Account Manager, you will both establish new customer relationships in the Nordic region and develop existing customer partnerships and agreements. The purpose of the role is to be a consultative technical sales person and the natural link between customers, manufacturers, and Killgerm's internal functions. You will also be responsible for building customer confidence and acting as an advisor regarding product selection, usage, and regulations per country. You will become the specialist for many of our customers regarding, for example, product development and regulatory changes within pest control. You will also: Conduct training and onboarding of customers on products and usage Monitor and analyze the industry landscape (e.g., climate impact and best practices) Participate in industry exhibitions, demos, and events As an Account Manager, there are many contact points, both internal and external, and you must therefore be comfortable collaborating with people at all organizational levels. About You To succeed and thrive in the Account Manager role, you have experience from a similar position with a focus on consultative sales within the same or a related industry. Your experience has provided a basic understanding of industry requirements, regulations, and certifications, where curiosity and a desire to learn more are equally important. You have experience working with large customers with multiple decision-makers, as well as smaller companies. In addition to the above, it is advantageous if you have experience working with other regulated products within, for example, chemicals, biocides, and/or agriculture. It is also beneficial if you have worked in a Nordic role previously. Your personal qualities are directly decisive, and we're looking for someone who is independent and structured, as well as communicative and pedagogical with the ability to explain complex matters in an understandable way.
