Brilliant Values is now hiring a subscription sales representative for our office in Uppsala. In this role, you'll contact customers by phone and help them review their electricity contracts, with the goal of offering better terms, clearer structures, and a solution that fits their needs.
You don't need previous sales experience. What matters most is that you're sociable, quick-thinking, positive, and willing to learn. We provide on-the-job training, clear work processes, and ongoing coaching so you can develop in the role.
About the Position
As an inside sales representative at Brilliant Values, you'll represent our clients in industries including electricity. We have over 12 years of experience in subscription sales and extensive experience working with customer dialogue over the phone.
You'll work primarily with the phone and learn how professional sales works in practice — from first contact to closing.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Sociable, curious, and comfortable talking with new people
Energetic, driven, and willing to develop
Positive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working toward goals
Able to accept feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

Monday–Thursday: 09:15–17:45
Friday: 09:15–16:30
