Do you want to develop your sales skills while working with a product that matters to many households? Brilliant Values is now hiring a subscription sales representative for our office in Uppsala. In this role, you'll contact customers by phone and help them review their electricity contracts, with the goal of offering better terms, clearer structure, and a solution that fits their needs. You don't need previous sales experience. What matters most is that you're social, quick-thinking, positive, and willing to learn. We provide on-site training, clear processes, and ongoing coaching so you can grow in the role. About the Position As an inside sales representative at Brilliant Values, you'll represent our clients in industries including electricity. We have over 12 years of experience in subscription sales and extensive experience with customer conversations by phone. You'll work primarily with the phone as your tool and learn how professional sales works in practice — from first contact to closing. We're Looking for Someone Who Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Is social, curious, and comfortable talking with new people Has energy, drive, and a desire to develop Is positive, solution-oriented, and enjoys working toward goals Can take feedback and wants to improve over time Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
