Read more at timra.se You who become relevant for this position will work in the Northern Home Care Group, which operates from Söråker Center. You will work in the client's home, where you will work based on approved services according to the Social Services Act. You will also perform health and medical care tasks on delegation from nurses and rehabilitation personnel. You will function as a fixed care contact for a number of clients and together with the clients create the basis for implementing care plans. You will work in LMO (Life Care Mobile Care), where your work schedule is located and via telephone you also document changes in the client's condition, confirm completed health and medical care services. In Northern Home Care, staff are divided into teams. The team meets approximately once every six weeks to reflect together, review the client's status, plan work methods, etc. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant with experience from elderly care. You are proactive, accustomed to working independently, but also understand the importance of teamwork. To become relevant for employment, it may be required that you in connection with an interview or before employment: • present a valid ID document • if necessary, provide proof of education with grades or certificates • have the right to work in Sweden and can present a valid work permit • if necessary, present a valid driver's license • if necessary, present a valid professional license For certain positions, security clearance may be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. If the position is subject to security clearance, you are required to undergo and be approved in this process. For a small number of security-cleared positions, in addition to approved security clearance, Swedish citizenship may also be required.
