🚀 We are looking for up to 5 Acceptance Test Leaders at EDGE Associates! 📍 Location: Stockholm 🌟 About the Role We are now seeking senior Test Leaders/Acceptance Test Leaders. You will become part of our team as an employee and step directly into an important and socially beneficial assignment with one of our customers within Region Stockholm. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and conducting acceptance testing (UAT) for the implementation and further development of critical IT systems in healthcare. You play a central role in ensuring that delivered solutions meet both business requirements and regulatory requirements, as well as high standards for information security and data protection before go-live. Key Areas of Responsibility: Plan and lead acceptance testing (UAT) within both projects and operations. Develop and manage risk-based test strategies and acceptance test plans. Ensure full traceability between business requirements and test cases. Coordinate and guide business representatives and test resources. Ensure access to correct, anonymized test data and manage regulatory compliance (GDPR and patient data law). Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT and operations units. Follow up on defects, report test status and risks, and prepare decision-making documentation for Go/No-Go. 🛠️ Qualifications We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has solid experience leading test work in complex system environments with many integrations. We are looking for you who have: ✔️ Competency Level 3 (independent with documented, several years of experience in the field). ✔️ Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing (CV must be written in Swedish). ✔️ At least 4 years of experience as a test leader, including at least 3 years as an acceptance test leader within the last 5 years from the final bid date. ✔️ Been the primary responsible acceptance test leader in at least 4 completed assignments within complex business systems. ✔️ Experience leading acceptance testing with multiple business areas, multiple integrations, and multiple vendors. ✔️ Experience developing test strategy, test plan, coordinating execution, and providing recommendations on production deployment. ✔️ Experience with ReqTest where you have personally set up test structure and dashboards. ✔️ Experience within the public sector. It is a merit if you have: ➕ Experience with test leadership in large programs/projects. ➕ Experience with technical testing. ➕ Experience with test automation. ➕ Experience with API testing. ➕ Experience with test data management (TDM). ➕ Experience with test environments. ➕ Experience with Reqtest beyond what is specified in the mandatory requirements. ➕ Experience with Azure DevOps. ➕ Experience with requirements management. ➕ Experience with acceptance testing beyond what is specified in the mandatory requirements. ➕ Experience with change management related to testing. ➕ Experience raising test maturity/Test Governance. ➕ Experience with test strategy and methodology development beyond what is specified in the mandatory requirements. ➕ Experience with vendor management. 💡 Why EDGE Associates?
