Do you want to work with 3D modeling and technical coordination in international customer collaborations? Here you'll take overall responsibility for CAD models and layouts in some of the customer's most complex projects. About the role As a 3D designer with model responsibility, you'll be part of a team that adapts technical deliverables to meet customer needs. Projects vary in both scope and complexity and are executed for customers in a global market. You are responsible for the project's overall 3D model and ensure that installation and layout documentation maintains the right quality and is delivered on schedule and within budget. The role involves many touchpoints and close collaboration with project management, systems engineers, procurement, production, assembly, and external suppliers. You will participate in and contribute to one of the customer's most comprehensive and complex projects. Your tasks include: • Create, review, and update technical documentation • Manage 3D models and installation/layout drawings in customer projects • Coordinate CAD-related activities and monitor schedules and budgets • Plan and lead model reviews internally and with the customer • Present and discuss technical solutions with various stakeholders We are looking for you who • Have a university degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering, design and product development, or similar field • Have experience with CAD design in NX, SolidWorks, Catia, Creo, or similar tools • Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English • Have a genuine interest in technology and digital solutions • Enjoy collaborating in an international environment with many contact points • Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure your work It is advantageous if you • Have experience with facility or process-related CAD • Have experience from energy, process, or other technically advanced industries • Have previous experience with model responsibility or technical coordination in larger projects To succeed in this role, we believe you are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible. You have an easy time creating an overall picture of technical interfaces and understand how different parts of a project affect each other. Furthermore, you are communicative and comfortable driving your work forward together with both internal and external parties.
