About the Position The role of Personal Assistant requires strong skills in building good relationships. We are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, responsible, and has a friendly and respectful approach. For this position, you must: We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria: - Wants to work with an active male client with a spinal cord injury living in Mölndal together with his wife. - Our client prefers female Assistants. - Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Can accompany the client on trips. - Has experience with similar work and understands what personal assistance entails. - Has experience with personal care. - Is tobacco and snuff-free For this position, it is advantageous if you: - Have nursing assistant training. - Have worked with spinal cord injuries. - Have experience with lifting techniques. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Grade, and Salary The current employment form is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment grade of approximately 75%. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening and weekends. Week 1: Mon: 8-16.30, 19-21 / Tue: 8-16.30, 19-21 / Wed: Off / Thu: Off / Fri: Off / Sat: 8-14 / Sun: 8-14. Week 2: Mon: Off / Tue: Off / Wed: 8-16, 19-21 / Thu: 8-16, 19-21 / Fri: 8-15 / Sat: Off / Sun: Off Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
