Responsibilities As a first-line manager, you're responsible for the daily management of operations with focus on quality, work environment, finances, and development. You lead employees close to operations and actively work to create participation, engagement, and good collaboration. You're part of the management group and contribute to the development of future primary care, especially in the operational manager areas of Orsa and Mora. Your role includes: leading and developing operations and employees creating good conditions for a sustainable work life working with quality, patient safety, and operations monitoring driving change and improvement initiatives collaborating with internal and external partners Qualifications We're looking for a present and clear leader with the ability to build trust and engagement. You're structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in people and development. You have: relevant university education in healthcare leadership or management experience good communication and collaboration skills interest in development and improvement work It's meriting if you: have experience from primary care have experience from public sector operations.
