About the Operation Jakobsgårdarna Healthcare Center is located in Borlänge and is part of Region Dalarna's primary care. We are a developing healthcare center with the patient in focus, working on the transition to good and accessible care. Our focus is on offering our patients quality care with emphasis on continuity, quality, and accessibility. The healthcare center has 10,100 registered patients and includes a separate family center and primary care rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a First-Line Manager who enjoys thinking innovatively, driving change, and developing new working methods. You will have an important role at the healthcare center working alongside the medical director. As primary care undergoes a transition to good and accessible care, you will be a key driver for this transformation. As First-Line Manager, you report directly to the Operations Manager and participate with your fellow First-Line Manager colleagues in the management group for the Central Area 2. You will share leadership on-site with a manager colleague at Jakobsgårdarna Healthcare Center, which means shared responsibility for personnel, budget, work environment, and operations. Internal collaboration and cooperation with external partners is essential. This is a time-limited management assignment with a permanent position in your base profession. Qualifications We are seeking a manager for our excellent healthcare center who feels confident in a management role and enjoys challenges, development, and innovative thinking. The operation is currently in a phase where we are implementing new working methods. We appreciate candidates who embrace challenges, communicate well, and value order and structure. You have: - Relevant higher education in healthcare - Experience in leadership or management roles - Hands-on leadership with strong communication and collaboration skills - Interest in development and improvement work Meriting factors: - Experience with change management - Experience from primary care - Experience from a politically governed organization We look forward to your application!
