About the Operation Hedemora Health Center is part of Region Dalarna and provides primary care to residents of Hedemora Municipality. We are a developing health center with a clear focus on quality, continuity, and sustainable working methods. We have approximately 9,300 registered patients and are part of the Southern Primary Care Area together with Avesta and Långshyttan health centers, youth clinics, and counseling services for children and young people. Responsibilities Hedemora Health Center is now seeking a First-Line Manager with a key role in developing the operation and driving the transition toward good and accessible care. As a First-Line Manager, you report directly to the Operations Manager and, together with your First-Line Manager colleagues, participate in the leadership group for the Southern Primary Care Area. You share personnel, budget, work environment, and operational responsibility with a colleague manager on site and report directly to the Operations Manager. This is a fixed-term assignment as Acting Manager with a permanent employment contract in your base profession. Qualifications We are looking for a confident and stable manager who thrives with challenges and wants to drive improvements in an operation that is constantly evolving. You are communicative, organized, and enjoy being a present leader. The role requires you to work independently and be confident in making and anchoring decisions, you can accept feedback, and you are comfortable staying in uncomfortable situations. You lead your team through the transition toward good and accessible care and see collaboration as an integral part of daily work—both internally and with our partners.
