We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer who lives in Göteborg.
Start date: November 1st.
About the job as a personal assistant
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your work tasks essentially involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish.
Work Tasks
Your work tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and has an easy time learning new tasks.
You are welcome to be a person who is talkative, easygoing, and who enjoys conversing and spending time with others. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's wishes and needs, while also being comfortable taking initiative and participating in various activities and outings.
We believe you would be a good fit for the role if you are secure, flexible, and have an easy time creating a natural and positive relationship.
The most important thing is that the personal chemistry works and that you have a genuine interest in being a trustworthy and engaged part of the customer's daily life.
At Särnmark you will always receive an introduction with the customer as well as access to training on the role of personal assistant.
About the Employment
The employment form is initially hourly employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the compensation form is hourly wage. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active), weekdays and weekends.
Salary and other employment terms according to the collective agreement Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
