About the Position Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that comes up in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, responsible, and has plenty of patience. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must have: previous experience/education in healthcare/care work good knowledge of Swedish in understanding, speaking, and writing a B-class driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace For this position, it is a merit if you: have experience/education working with children/young people have experience with autism and tube feeding have experience with low-affective interaction approaches share the client's interests in football, video games, and vintage tractors Personal suitability will be given considerable weight. Working Hours, Position Level, and Salary The current employment form is a temporary position at approximately 75% full-time equivalent. Immediate start through January 31, 2027. Working hours are scheduled for daytime and evening shifts. Temporary position through January 31, 2027 (with possibility of extension or SLUV) Day and evening shifts plus every other Saturday: Monday and Wednesday 11:50 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 11:50 AM–9:00 PM, Every other Saturday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start Date Immediate start – don't delay submitting your application, as selection is ongoing.
