During your AT, we offer you: Individualized training budget Leadership training Simulator training CEPS Communication training Group mentoring throughout the AT Well-functioning AT organization Good work environment Strong team cohesion Job Description Appointing to the blocks comprises 21 months and is intended to have the following content: Operating specialties (surgery, orthopedics, urology, anesthesia/intensive care, and elective oncology 1w): 6 months Internal Medicine: 4.5 months Elective placement; Pediatrics, gynecology, infectious diseases, or ENT: 1.5 months Psychiatry: 3 months General Medicine: 6 months Qualifications Medical degree. Good knowledge of Swedish corresponding to C1 level. Selection is made through a comprehensive assessment of previous relevant work experience, voluntary assignments, demonstrated interest, personal letter, CV, and references. Previous work within Region Halland may be advantageous. Great weight is placed on personal suitability, for example the ability to reflect.
