We are seeking personal assistants for an 18-year-old man who lives in a villa in Torshälla with his family and dog. The client leads an active lifestyle and would appreciate assistants who enjoy the gym, travel, and have an interest in computers. We are looking for someone who is: Self-confident, attentive, punctual, flexible, decisive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Good physical fitness/strength is important as there will be some mobility assistance involved. The work is built on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Humor, understanding, and taking own initiative are important to the client. Experience in personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh most heavily. The client prefers male applicants. You must be a non-smoker. Speak fluent Swedish. Individual salary negotiation. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective bargaining agreement in place.
