We are now seeking several new committed assistants for a client in Västerås. These positions are available from 1/10 2026. Working hours are scheduled around the clock, seven days a week, including on-call shifts. 24-hour shifts may be required. A 28-year-old wheelchair user with a strong interest in computers and technology is looking for new assistants. The client also enjoys baking, cooking, and occasionally going to the cinema. It is important that you communicate clearly, and good Swedish is a requirement. You will be part of a team of committed, positive assistants who all work toward shared goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and an implementation plan for all aspects of daily life. You should be mature in how you handle different situations, both challenging and less challenging ones. Good patience, humor, understanding, and taking initiative are very important for the client. As a personal assistant, you must be confident in yourself, be attentive, flexible, action-oriented, and have a genuine interest in your work. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Experience as a personal assistant is a merit, but greatest importance is placed on personal suitability.
