We are now recruiting several new dedicated assistants for a client in Västerås. These positions are available from 1/10 2026. Work hours are arranged around the clock, seven days a week, with on-call shifts. 24-hour shifts may also be relevant. A 28-year-old wheelchair user with a strong interest in computers and technology is seeking new assistants. The client also enjoys baking, cooking, and occasionally going to the cinema. It is important that you communicate clearly, so good Swedish is a requirement. You will be part of a team of dedicated, positive assistants who all work toward common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans for everything that occurs in daily life. You should be mature in how you handle different situations, both demanding and less demanding ones. Good patience, humor, understanding, and initiative are very important to the client. As a personal assistant, you must be confident in yourself, attentive, flexible, action-oriented, and have a genuine interest in your work. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Experience as a personal assistant is a merit, but the greatest weight is placed on personal suitability.
