Sameskolan is an educational form equivalent to primary school with instruction from preschool class through grade 6. The basis for instruction is Sami culture and the Sami language according to the curriculum for Sameskolan. Sameskolstyrelsen operates preschool according to agreement with respective municipalities. Sameskolstyrelsen has operations in Giron, Gárasavvon, Váhtjer, Jåhkåmåhkke, and Dearna. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a resource staff member, you actively and responsibly participate in planning, implementation, and reflection in collaboration with the work team and individually. Documentation and evaluation are included in accordance with the preschool's governing documents and from a Sami perspective both individually and as a work team. You actively participate in developing successful learning environments together with others at the preschool. Working together with staff on other preschool tasks and in the child group. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone trained as a preschool teacher. You must have proficiency in the Sami language both verbally and in writing and have knowledge of Sami culture. Applicants must provide a police clearance certificate before employment. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
