Description:
• Prepare food according to prepared menus, dish technology cards, complying with food production requirements; • Consistently follow food handling stages to avoid cross-contamination of raw materials and finished products; • Perform maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen, its equipment, and food service areas, ensuring safe and hygienic food handling; • Know the operating instructions of equipment in the kitchen and be able to use work tools; • Comply with other duties described in the job description. • Not less than secondary education and (or) acquired chef qualification; • Comparable work experience. • Be familiar with the "Rules of Good Hygiene Practices in Public Catering Establishments", know the Hygiene Standard "Food Hygiene" regulating food production and sanitation. Have completed first aid and hygiene training and possess valid certificates for them.
