In your role as a care assistant, you work days, evenings, and every other weekend and fill an important function in our team. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Trained as a care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare/service certificate confirming that you were employed on a permanent basis with the title of care assistant on July 1, 2023. Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have: Experience working with elderly people Knowledge of documentation and digital tools Good collaboration skills and can work with quality awareness Good ability to create security and structure We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. _________________________ For positions where licensure/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.
