We are seeking a substitute elementary teacher for Preschool Class - Grade 3 Your Assignment You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons. Together with your colleagues, you will create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with student learning in focus. You will be part of a work team with colleagues where close collaboration and cooperation are key. Qualifications You are a trained elementary teacher who is passionate about your work, have the ability to create good and secure relationships with students, and are well versed in the school's governing documents. You are a clear leader for the class and can set boundaries while also having the ability to show warmth, be creative, and flexible. You can use varied methods and approaches based on students' needs and knowledge level, be attentive, and work well in a team.
