We are now seeking a Service Manager/Facilities Attendant on a full-time basis in Kiruna!

You will work in a cohesive team where your primary responsibilities are to ensure quality of our work towards our customers and staff. The position is a combination of service manager duties and facilities maintenance work. As a Service Manager, you will assist the Team Leader with scheduling, material deliveries, order handling, and ensure that company procedures are followed at the branch. In your work, you will have good support from our administration and your Team Leader and Regional Manager. Beyond your immediate Team Leader, there is a strong organization with support in HR and quality coordination where you, together with other colleagues, ensure quality and work environment both internally and externally for the organization. Your working hours may vary. Regular working hours are between 06:00 – 15:00 or 07:00-16:00 on weekdays. We are looking for someone who has: • B driver's license • Experience in facilities maintenance • Meriting with SRY or equivalent training • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish verbally and in writing • Solution-oriented and structured approach • Good computer skills and confidence in navigating business systems • Confidence in leading, inspiring and motivating others • Experience in customer service and building good relationships We apply collective agreements (Fastighetsanställdas Förbund) Welcome to apply today!
