If the work involves services for people over 18 years old, you must provide a certificate from the criminal and suspicion register. If the work involves services for children, you must submit a certificate from the criminal and suspicion register, which will be kept with us for 2 years, in accordance with applicable legislation. We are now looking for an open, cheerful, and positive assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge. Here you'll become part of a small and dedicated work team of important people who ensure that the girl can live an active, joyful, and meaningful life. You must be a woman. Previous experience in personal assistance, school/preschool, or other work with children/youth is a merit but not a requirement. With us, you'll receive on-the-job introduction and training until you feel confident with the work. The girl has dual assistance, so you'll never work alone but have support from a colleague or support assistant/support educator when the girl possibly attends a day activity center. This means your workplace may be based at the day activity center toward the fall, but the focus is on our girl. We're looking for a warm and caring assistant who starts with us in August. This position is a temporary contract corresponding to approximately 40%, and there's a good chance it will become a permanent position later on. Work shifts occur during weekdays (daytime/evening) and every other weekend. As an assistant, your tasks include everything from personal hygiene and care to communication, training, and activities. The family lives within walking distance of Kävlinge train station, so public transportation is not a problem! Below is some brief information from the girl: I'm a cheerful 20-year-old girl who lives with my family in Kävlinge. I'm looking for someone who is calm, warm, and considerate. With me, you'll have the opportunity to really make a difference and help me develop as much as possible! You need to feel comfortable in water, and it's a requirement that you can swim since swimming is one of my biggest interests! Besides that, I love horseback riding, so for that simple reason, you shouldn't be afraid of horses either. On weekdays, it's packed with riding, swimming, music therapy, and training. I enjoy being outdoors and my daily walks. During weekends and holidays, I like to do fun activities and go on outings. As an assistant, you have a say in my daily life and help me live an active life, which I really appreciate. Music is my passion – I love listening to music and I have several different instruments. You don't need to be musically skilled, but you're welcome to enjoy joking and singing with me. I'm very curious by nature and like when things happen – you won't get bored with me! We appreciate if you're flexible and have a good work ethic. In my assistance group, we help each other, and it's important to give and take. We're a fun and lively bunch who create many fun (and unforgettable) memories together! The most important thing, of course, is that the personal chemistry between you and me clicks!
