We are now seeking a tool technician for our maintenance department! Gnutti Carlo Group's tool department in Södra Vi is looking for a technically skilled person. In this role, your main responsibilities will consist of service, repair, and maintenance work on vacuum valves. Some work with casting tools and machines may also occur. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other personnel in the maintenance department, as well as in production. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for someone who… …has experience working as a toolmaker or tool technician, or has other workshop experience that is deemed relevant. You have completed a workshop technical/automotive technical upper secondary education or equivalent and have practical experience with assembly/disassembly. If you also have welding experience (TIG), that's a plus. Knowledge in machine technology and mechanical processing is also desirable.
