Business Development Manager, Higher License Categories

How do you develop a business that assesses thousands of future drivers with higher license categories every year? In this role, you combine your knowledge of higher license categories with business development, collaboration, and change management. You work nationally to develop working methods, strengthen quality, and create conditions for a legally secure and equitable driver testing operation. Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the implementation of driving tests for higher license categories is developed, coordinated, aligned, and quality-assured in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements, both within administration and ongoing operations. Your tasks include, among other things: Initiate, plan, and lead development initiatives and work to develop operations related to driving tests for higher license categories In collaboration with Management Support, contribute to developing policies, strategies, and processes for examining drivers in higher license categories Increase collaboration with various stakeholders and partners in improvement and development work. Examples include the Transport Agency and STR Support the unit manager in projects and change management and act as a change leader when new initiatives are to be implemented Conduct environmental monitoring and benchmarking regarding technical development and working methods related to driver testing Collaborate with other units and departments within Driver Testing Act as a subject matter expert in higher license categories Together with the Business Development Manager for training, be responsible for content in training, follow-up education, and competence development for higher license categories Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Relevant university or college education of at least 180 credits (120 points) or other education and experience that we collectively consider equivalent Driving license categories B, BE, C, CE, D, DE Very good knowledge of higher license categories (BE, C, CE, D, DE) and the driver testing operation's processes from application to issued license Very good knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements for conducting driver tests Very good knowledge of and practical experience conducting driver tests in accordance with applicable regulations Ability to express yourself well both orally and in writing It is meritorious if you have: Good knowledge of and experience with coordination, strategic development work, and/or project management, preferably within driver testing operations or similar regulated operations We are looking for someone who is: Structured and thorough: Can plan and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Responsible and drives your work independently Service-oriented and able to collaborate both internally and externally Communicative with good ability to work with different target groups Flexible and solution-oriented: Handles changes and different situations proactively Additional Information Do you want a flexible workday with the opportunity to work from home?
