Your Assignment Your work tasks will mainly consist of care by helping the resident with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, social activities, and performing HSL tasks. In addition to basic tasks, you will document and work in teams together with your colleagues, licensed personnel, and unit manager so that the resident receives their approved services. Working hours are scheduled days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule. We have close collaboration across all of Enriset, so you should be prepared to work throughout the house and if needed within the entire operations area and the Welfare sector. Description of the Workplace Enriset is a care and residential facility with 90 places distributed across three different accommodation types: Service housing, group housing, and dementia housing. We are now recruiting staff for group housing and dementia housing. Your Competence We are looking for you who are a care assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people with the resident in focus. We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care. The work requires documentation and communication, so you need to master the Swedish language in speech and writing. Some computer skills are also desirable. As a person, you want to contribute to a positive work climate. You have insight that you are part of the work environment and are willing to work toward good teamwork. To succeed in your work, you must be willing and able to collaborate with different professional groups in the field. You are suitable for this position if you have good empathetic ability and can put yourself in other people's life situations.
