The Health and Care Board is responsible for a broad range of operations. The Board oversees elder care, services for people with disabilities, individual and family care, and employment services. Approximately 400 employees work with great commitment to carry out the Board's tasks, which also includes collaboration with other departments, municipalities, interest organizations and associations, other public bodies such as the state and region, and various companies. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking two development strategists/quality developers to work under the Health and Care Board, and who with ability and dedication want to be a driving force and develop work for people's independence and ensure citizens receive support when needed. We welcome applicants with experience and expertise in one or more of the social services areas. The role of development strategist/quality developer involves joining the management team and working within the health and care administration under the Health and Care Board. You will participate in the management group and also be part of, and sometimes lead, other internal and external collaboration processes, such as implementing a new business system. You are responsible for systematically following up, evaluating, and analyzing quality work together with the management group. This work includes compiling and analyzing operational data from various systems. Your responsibilities also include following up, coordinating, and monitoring political decisions. You conduct Lex Sarah investigations, train staff and managers in the Lex Sarah area, and perform other development work in this area. You are not hesitant to use various tools and methods to support and develop operations, which also occurs through environmental monitoring and monitoring changes/news within the legislation applicable to the area. You work with matters for the Board, including work with annual reports, interim reports, and operational plans, and you understand the context in which you operate. Conducting qualified investigative assignments that form the basis for management and Board decisions is also part of the role. You see yourself as a support to managers and operations. QUALIFICATIONS We want you to: • have adequate higher education with a focus on health and/or social work, alternatively in the social sciences area, or education the employer considers equivalent • have experience in development and evaluation work from public operations • be very familiar with the legislation applicable within the administration's area • have very good knowledge of the Office suite, which is a requirement for the work We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and takes great responsibility for your work tasks. Since the role involves many contact points, good collaboration skills are essential to succeed in the assignment. You like to share your knowledge and enjoy bouncing ideas off others.
