About the Assignment The pool's mission within the municipality is to ensure that operations function safely and stably, regardless of absences or temporary needs. As a team member in the LSS pool, you will work where the need is greatest. You will meet individuals with various functional variations and contribute to creating a safe, structured, and meaningful daily life based on each person's needs and circumstances. The assignment involves varied and dynamic work, and you contribute to continuity and quality in care by flexibly adapting to new situations. Work hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts, and the work takes place throughout the Arvika municipality's geographic area. Qualifications Nursing assistant education or education from a child and leisure program Experience working within LSS with individuals with neuropsychiatric diagnoses or acquired brain injuries, and the ability to adapt your approach based on each person's functional level Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license and access to a car We are looking for someone with a professional and respectful approach who always puts the individual in focus. With your communication skills and your calm manner, you create a sense of security in your interactions with both service users and colleagues, while also having an easy time building trusting relationships. You thrive in collaboration with others, but are also confident working independently and taking your own initiative. Your structured approach allows you to follow instructions while managing varying situations in a responsible manner. Since the work is varied, you have good adaptability and are motivated by quickly familiarizing yourself with new environments, routines, and ways of working. You understand the complexity of the assignment and view flexibility as a natural and positive part of your work.
