Installation Partner Sweden, IPIS, is a young company growing at record pace. In our first three years, we helped over 60,000 customers throughout Sweden, and since October 2024, we are part of the new group "Tom" together with Offerta AB, which means an even stronger market position and a broader offering to our customers. Now we're looking for you to help us build on our successful concept and be an important part of our continued journey! About the role: You will become part of our existing sales team where you'll receive ongoing support and training. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and schedule various types of installations with our partner contractors. The phone is your most important work tool, but you'll also handle emails and other types of incoming customer inquiries. With us, you'll learn a lot about our different business areas and how the industry works overall. The work is varied but primarily involves coordinating, selling our solutions, and providing our customers with professional service, support, and advice through incoming calls and emails. Who are you? - A service-oriented and friendly person - You enjoy talking with people - You want to develop and constantly strive to learn more - You are fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and preferably English You will work together with our sales team of about 15 people and receive training and education in our products. To thrive in this role with us, we're looking for someone who is social, communicative, and enjoys learning. No previous experience is required—we're looking for the right person for our team, but experience working at a fast pace is a plus. We value your personality!
