Then this position might be for you. Night Patrol is part of home care services. Our main task is to create a safe environment during the night for our elderly residents throughout the municipality. We are approximately 60 employees working with services approved by social services. Our target group is primarily elderly persons. 3 position(s). JOB DUTIES You meet our clients in their private homes and in service housing. During visits, you help them with hygiene, toilet visits, safety visits, and emergency alarm responses. In this role, you work with documentation in VIVA, care plan implementation, and delegation of tasks such as medication administration, insulin injections, and wound dressing changes. You are also a permanent care contact, which means you are responsible for ensuring that the individual's care plans are followed and updated. Night Patrol covers the entire Eskilstuna municipality and work is divided into districts where you travel by car. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and hold a Class B driver's license. You can work nights, are open to delegation, and are accustomed to using digital tools in your work. We also want you to feel comfortable with night driving. We would like to see that you have previous experience with documentation in systems such as VIVA, work experience in home care, and night shift work. It is an advantage if you have worked with dementia patients, have training or experience in lifting techniques, have worked in a planning system, and previously held an ombudsman role. As a person, you are responsible as you often work alone. You have a positive outlook and are open to change. User-centered care is self-evident for you.
