We are seeking dedicated nursing assistants with strong knowledge of cognitive impairment/dementia for Grågåsvägen 13 in Stångby. This autumn we are opening our fifth and final unit - be part of it from the start. We offer nursing assistants permanent positions at 100%. Working hours are scheduled days and evenings with every other weekend on duty. For scheduled service, we have a favorable full-time measure of 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. Grågåsvägen 13 is Lund Municipality's newest elderly care home with modern facilities and a fantastic indoor and outdoor environment. We have a structured approach where we meet once a week with the multiprofessional team to discuss the care and support we provide to those we serve. Team-based work and person-centered care for each individual form the foundation of our work. About the role and your responsibilities As a nursing assistant, you will be part of the multiprofessional team. You will contribute your specialist knowledge within your professional competence. Through close collaboration with the manager, nurses, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist, as well as others in the team, you will help provide users with meaningful lives where the individual's needs are at the center. The work involves care work based on the user's wishes and needs as well as delegated tasks according to HSL. As a nursing assistant, you will work with the digital system Epsilon, develop care plans, document in Lifecare, evaluate, and contribute to maintaining good quality in the operation. We monitor quality in national registers such as the BPSD Register, SveDem, and Senior Alert. The work also includes being a contact person and possibly holding a responsibility area. An important part of the work is working as a team around the user to gain a good overall perspective. We work based on the national values framework within elderly care where the keywords are self-determination, participation, and individualization.
