As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to our residents having a safe and meaningful existence in their later years. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on each elderly person's individual needs. Common work tasks can include, for example, help with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support with activities, serving meals, and light cleaning in the residents' apartments. We are looking for you with a great heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. And that you have an easy time collaborating with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive when needed. It is meritorious if you have nursing assistant training (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. We would like to see that you have good computer skills/computer experience and experience with documentation.
